What you wrote about attaching meaning to closed doors is thought provoking.

So many turning points in life only make sense when we look backward. In the moment they just feel bad, but later they can reveal themselves as the start of a completely different journey.

I’m happy to hear that this was thought provoking for you! Yes, it’s so hard to recognize meaning in the moment. But looking back, we can see why those doors had to close.

Yeah, I agree. Only with time does the pattern start to make more sense.

I see a closed door as God protecting me from the unseen danger on the other side. So when a door closes, even though I don’t understand, I say thank you.

I feel this way too! Even if we never understand, I’m always thankful for those closed doors that have protected us!

I love this perspective. Every time I see rejection as redirection, it reminds me there is so much abundance in this world. It is not easy in the moment, but eventually the right path reveals itself.

So glad you enjoyed this! There really is so much abundance! It can be so easy to focus on the things we lack, but when we shift to focusing on abundance and good, we see more and more of it 🫶🏻

One of Pete’s favorite sayings is “when one door closes another one opens” Of course it drives me nuts because it’s always at a difficult time! When one door closes its much like GPS rerouting us, trust the process!

Right?! It’s so hard to see in the midst of a challenging time! But you’re right, it’s all about trusting the process! 🫶🏻
